Fully Bloomed and Toned Studio are teaming up for a dreamy wellness experience designed to honor both mind and body. Start with a feel-good mat Pilates session with Tanya Rockovich to awaken your body, then melt into a soul-soothing journaling experience guided by Fully Bloomed founder and published author, Distinee Gayle.
This journaling workshop will be focused on elevating your daily ritual, supported by exclusive guided prompts. Journaling is a practice we all know is beneficial, but do you have the tools to be successful within it? Are you struggling with consistency or motivation to make it a daily habit? What do you even write about? Our workshop covers it all and transforms journaling from a daunting chore to the most treasured part of your routine.
This session is perfect whether you’re brand new to journaling or already devoted. Each attendee will receive a vegan leather journal and gold pen to keep the reflections going well beyond the event.
But that’s not all—after you’ve moved and journaled, treat yourself to a full sensory experience. You'll get to choose a mini bouquet at our floral bloom bar with Picnics by Peace, sip on refreshing green juices provided by Be Amazing, and enjoy organic cold-press wellness shots from So Good, So You. A spread of light bites and snacks will also be available to keep you nourished and glowing from the inside out.
